At weeklytimecardcalc.com ("we", "our", or "us"), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting any information associated with your use of our free online timecard calculator utilities.
1. HTML5 Local Storage & Data Privacy
Our application operates entirely on client-side JavaScript. All timesheet entries, pay rates, and calculated numbers are saved strictly within your device's browser using HTML5 Local Storage (under the key wtc_saved_state). None of your wage rates, working hours, shifts, or personal information are transmitted to, processed by, or stored on our servers. You can permanently delete this stored data at any time by clicking the "Reset Table" button inside our Weekly Time Card Calculator or clearing your browser's site cookies and local storage.
2. Advertising & Third-Party Cookies
We use third-party advertising vendors, including Google AdSense, to serve ads when you visit our website. Google uses cookies (including the DoubleClick DART cookie) to serve advertisements based on your prior visits to our website or other sites on the internet.
- Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
- Alternatively, you can opt out of third-party vendor cookies for personalized advertising by visiting aboutads.info.
3. Compliance with European Privacy Regulations (GDPR & UK TCF)
For visitors residing within the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom, we implement a Google-Certified Consent Management Platform (CMP) conforming to the IAB Europe Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF v2.2). You have the right to accept, reject, or customize cookie preferences upon your initial arrival on our site.
4. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA)
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Because our calculation application does not collect personally identifiable information (PII) on backend databases, we do not monetize your private activity logs.
